Buyers resident in other EU Member States may place an order with a delivery address in a served country in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2018\/302 (Geo-blocking Regulation).<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Seller selects the carrier at its discretion unless an option is offered at checkout. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the destination country. Stated delivery times are non-binding unless an exact date has been expressly agreed. If no specific delivery date has been agreed, goods will be delivered without undue delay and in any case within 30 days of conclusion of the contract, in accordance with Article 18(1) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Goods are dispatched from the warehouse of the Seller's logistics partner:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"ml-2 border-l-4 border-border-300\/10 pl-4 text-text-300\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Fully d.o.o., Letali\u0161ka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">If delivery is delayed for reasons for which the Seller is not responsible (in particular force majeure or disruptions at the carrier), the delivery period is extended accordingly and the Seller will inform the Buyer without undue delay.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The risk of accidental loss or deterioration of the goods passes to the Buyer upon handover of the goods to the Buyer (\u00a7 474(2) BGB; equivalent rule under the Slovenian Code of Obligations and other Member States' transpositions of the EU Sale of Goods Directive). If the Buyer is in default of acceptance, the risk passes upon occurrence of default.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">If the goods arrive with visible external damage, the Buyer should where possible refuse acceptance and inform the Seller without undue delay at <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:info@6tejst.com\">info@6tejst.com<\/a>. Failure to do so does not affect the Buyer's statutory rights.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_heading_6 et_pb_heading et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--group--divi-heading--divi-font--hp5h6dj--4kwvl485mn\" id=\"Right of withdrawal\"><div class=\"et_pb_heading_container\"><h2 class=\"et_pb_module_header\">Right of withdrawal<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n<div class=\"et_pb_text_5 et_pb_text et_pb_bg_layout_light et_pb_module et_flex_module preset--group--divi-text--divi-font-body--h19rs5u--default preset--group--divi-text--divi-font-body--h1yjkjr--default\"><div class=\"et_pb_text_inner\"><p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Consumers have a statutory right of withdrawal of <strong>14 days<\/strong> from receipt of the goods, without giving any reason. The detailed Withdrawal Instructions and the model withdrawal form are provided on a separate page and are sent to the Buyer together with the order confirmation.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\"><strong>Exception \u2014 sealed food products.<\/strong> The right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods which are not suitable for return for reasons of health protection or hygiene where the seal has been removed after delivery. Legal basis:<\/p>\n<ul class=\"[li_&amp;]:mb-0 [li_&amp;]:mt-1 [li_&amp;]:gap-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ul]:pb-1 [&amp;:not(:last-child)_ol]:pb-1 list-disc flex flex-col gap-1 pl-8 mb-3\">\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Germany: \u00a7 312g(2) Nr. 3 BGB<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Slovenia: Article 135(1) point 4 of the Consumer Protection Act (ZVPot-1)<\/li>\n<li class=\"font-claude-response-body whitespace-normal break-words pl-2\">Other Member States: equivalent transpositions of Article 16(e) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">This applies in particular to opened bottles of the Seller's hot sauces. Sealed, unopened bottles may be returned.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Buyer bears the direct cost of returning the goods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Buyer is liable to the Seller for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning (Article 14(2) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU). Where applicable, the Seller may deduct the amount of any such diminished value from the refund.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Refunds are made within 14 days of the Seller being informed of the withdrawal, using the same payment method the Buyer used for the original transaction unless the Buyer has expressly agreed otherwise. The Seller may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until the Buyer has supplied evidence of having sent the goods back, whichever is earlier.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Return address:<\/p>\n<blockquote class=\"ml-2 border-l-4 border-border-300\/10 pl-4 text-text-300\">\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">Fully d.o.o., Letali\u0161ka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia<\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal leading-[1.7]\">The Buyer should notify the Seller at <a class=\"underline underline underline-offset-2 decoration-1 decoration-current\/40 hover:decoration-current focus:decoration-current\" href=\"mailto:info@6tejst.com\">info@6tejst.com<\/a> before returning goods so that the return can be matched to the order.
