Shipping & Delivery<\/h2><\/div><\/div>\n\n

All orders are packed and dispatched from our logistics partner's warehouse in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We currently ship to Germany and Slovenia; further EU countries will be added over time.<\/p>\n

Delivery countries and timeframes<\/h3>\n

Germany: carriers Hermes, DPD \u2014 3\u20134 working days from dispatch \u2014 shipping cost [X.XX \u20ac]. Slovenia: carriers Po\u0161ta Slovenije, DPD \u2014 1\u20132 working days from dispatch \u2014 shipping cost [X.XX \u20ac]. Free shipping is not offered as standard but may be available temporarily through promotional codes or campaigns, as indicated at checkout. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and non-binding unless a specific date has been agreed. Without a specific agreed date, delivery occurs within 30 days of the order (Article 18(1) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU).<\/p>\n

Order processing<\/h3>\n

Orders placed before [HH:MM] on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.<\/p>\n

Dispatch location<\/h3>\n

All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner: Fully d.o.o., Letali\u0161ka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.<\/p>\n

Tracking<\/h3>\n

A tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received it within 2 working days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact info@6tejst.com<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Carrier selection<\/h3>\n

We select the carrier at our discretion based on availability and destination. If you have a preference, contact us before placing your order.<\/p>\n

Damaged or missing goods<\/h3>\n

If your order arrives damaged: (1) refuse delivery where possible and note the damage with the carrier; (2) photograph the damaged parcel and contents immediately on opening; (3) contact info@6tejst.com<\/a> within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund without delay. Failure to notify promptly does not affect your statutory rights.<\/p>\n

Packaging<\/h3>\n

We use recyclable cardboard boxes and paper-based padding to minimise plastic waste. Our glass bottles are fully recyclable.<\/p>\n

Returns<\/h3>\n

To return an order, see the Right of Withdrawal page at 6tejst.com\/right-of-withdrawal for the 14-day return window, the hygiene-seal exception for opened bottles, and the return address.<\/p>\n
