Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011\/83\/EU.<\/p>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">To start a return, use the online withdrawal form or contact us by email. You will receive a confirmation within 1 working day. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until evidence of return has been provided.<\/p>\n<h3 class=\"text-text-100 mt-3 -mb-1 text-[1.125rem] font-bold\"><strong>Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p class=\"font-claude-response-body break-words whitespace-normal\">If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs.
