All orders are packed and dispatched from our logistics partner's warehouse in Ljubljana, Slovenia. We currently ship to Germany and Slovenia; further EU countries will be added over time.

Delivery countries and timeframes

Germany: carriers Hermes, DPD — 3–4 working days from dispatch — shipping cost [X.XX €]. Slovenia: carriers Pošta Slovenije, DPD — 1–2 working days from dispatch — shipping cost [X.XX €]. Free shipping is not offered as standard but may be available temporarily through promotional codes or campaigns, as indicated at checkout. Working days are Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in the destination country. Delivery times are estimates and non-binding unless a specific date has been agreed. Without a specific agreed date, delivery occurs within 30 days of the order (Article 18(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU).

Order processing

Orders placed before [HH:MM] on a working day are dispatched the same day. Orders placed after this time, on weekends, or on public holidays are dispatched the next working day. You will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

All orders are fulfilled by our logistics partner: Fully d.o.o., Letališka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.

Tracking

A tracking link is included in your dispatch confirmation email. If you have not received it within 2 working days of ordering, check your spam folder or contact [email protected].

Carrier selection

We select the carrier at our discretion based on availability and destination. If you have a preference, contact us before placing your order.

Damaged or missing goods

If your order arrives damaged: (1) refuse delivery where possible and note the damage with the carrier; (2) photograph the damaged parcel and contents immediately on opening; (3) contact [email protected] within 48 hours with your order number and photos. We will arrange a replacement or refund without delay. Failure to notify promptly does not affect your statutory rights.

Packaging

We use recyclable cardboard boxes and paper-based padding to minimise plastic waste. Our glass bottles are fully recyclable.
