Your 14-day right of withdrawal
You have 14 days from the moment you receive your order to withdraw from your purchase, without giving any reason and without penalty, under EU Directive 2023/2673 and the consumer protection laws applicable in your country.
How to exercise it
Fill in the form below. You will receive an automatic confirmation by email once your request is registered. Your refund will be processed within 14 days of us receiving your withdrawal request.
When the right of withdrawal does not apply
Opened hot sauce bottles — hygiene-sealed items
Our hot sauces are sealed for hygiene and food-safety reasons. Once the seal has been broken, the product cannot be returned. This exception is established by Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU (§312g(2) Nr. 3 BGB for buyers in Germany; Article 135(1) point 4 of ZVPot-1 for buyers in Slovenia).
Sealed, unopened bottles may always be returned within the 14-day period.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.
Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
