Terms of service
These Terms govern all sales contracts concluded through 6tejst.com between 6Tejst, Vito Štibernik s.p. (the "Seller") and the customer (the "Buyer"). The shop delivers to Germany and Slovenia; further EU countries may be added. For Buyers in Germany the German-language version (AGB, available in the Legal section) is legally binding. 1. Scope and definitions
These Terms apply to all contracts concluded between the Seller and consumers via 6tejst.com. A consumer is any natural person acting outside their trade or profession. The Seller does not contract with traders or resellers through the consumer storefront — wholesale enquiries go to:
Supplementary terms proposed by the Buyer apply only if expressly agreed in writing.
2. Conclusion of the contract
The product presentation in the shop is not a binding offer but an invitation to submit one. The Buyer submits a binding offer by clicking "Order with obligation to pay" in accordance with § 312j(3) BGB and the EU Consumer Rights Directive. Before submitting, the Buyer can review and correct all entries. Order steps: (1) select products, (2) review cart, (3) enter delivery and billing details, (4) choose payment method, (5) review order summary including total price and shipping, (6) accept Terms, Privacy Policy, and Withdrawal Instructions, (7) click the order button. The Seller confirms receipt by email — this confirmation is not acceptance of the offer. The contract is concluded at the latest upon dispatch or a dispatch notification. 3. Prices and payment
All prices are final prices in EUR. No VAT is charged pursuant to the EU small-business scheme under Directive (EU) 2020/285. Invoice note for Slovenia: "DDV ni obračunan na podlagi 1. odstavka 94. člena ZDDV-1". Invoice note for Germany: "Steuerfreie Lieferung gemäß EU-Kleinunternehmer-Sonderregelung, Art. 284 MwStSystRL". Shipping costs are shown before order submission. The unit price per litre (Grundpreis) is shown on each product page in accordance with PAngV. Available payment methods: payment cards via Stripe Payments Europe Ltd., Dublin, Ireland; Klarna buy now pay later via Klarna Bank AB, Stockholm, Sweden; PayPal via PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., Luxembourg; Apple Pay and Google Pay where supported by the device. Payment is due on contract conclusion. Invoices are issued electronically by email.

The Seller currently delivers to Germany (Hermes, DPD; 3–4 working days) and Slovenia (Pošta Slovenije, DPD; 1–2 working days). Goods are dispatched from Fully d.o.o., Letališka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Without a specific agreed date, delivery occurs within 30 days of the contract in accordance with Article 18(1) of Directive 2011/83/EU. Delivery times are non-binding unless expressly agreed. The risk passes to the Buyer on handover of goods. If goods arrive visibly damaged, the Buyer should refuse acceptance where possible and notify us immediately — failure to do so does not affect statutory rights:
5. Right of withdrawal
Consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal from receipt of goods without giving any reason. Full instructions and the digital withdrawal function are sent with the order confirmation and available at:

Exception — sealed food products: the right of withdrawal does not apply to sealed goods not suitable for return for hygiene reasons where the seal has been removed after delivery, under § 312g(2) Nr. 3 BGB for Germany, Article 135(1) point 4 ZVPot-1 for Slovenia, and Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU for other Member States. This applies to opened hot sauce bottles. Sealed unopened bottles may be returned. The Buyer bears return shipping costs. Returns go to Fully d.o.o., Letališka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia. Refunds are made within 14 days of the withdrawal using the original payment method; the Seller may withhold until goods are received back or evidence of return is provided.
6. Statutory warranty
Statutory warranty rights apply under §§ 434 ff. BGB for Germany and Articles 72–88 ZVPot-1 for Slovenia, transposing Directive (EU) 2019/771. Available remedies are subsequent performance (repair or replacement), price reduction, withdrawal from contract, and compensation — subject to statutory conditions and the applicable hierarchy of remedies. Warranty limitation period is 2 years from delivery. Buyers in Slovenia must notify defects within 2 months of discovery in accordance with Article 81 ZVPot-1. No commercial guarantee is provided beyond the statutory warranty unless expressly granted in writing for a specific product.

Complaints regarding defective goods or order processing should be sent with the order number, description of the issue, and photographs where relevant. The Seller responds within 5 working days:
8. Retention of title
Goods remain the property of the Seller until the purchase price is paid in full under § 449 BGB for Germany and the equivalent rule under the Slovenian Code of Obligations for Slovenia.
9. Liability
Unlimited liability applies for damages from injury to life, body, or health caused by intentional or negligent breach of duty; other damages from intentional or grossly negligent breach; and mandatory product liability under Produkthaftungsgesetz or Directive (EU) 2024/2853. For slightly negligent breaches of material contractual obligations, liability is limited to foreseeable contract-typical damage. Further liability is excluded. Mandatory consumer-protection rules of the Buyer's country of residence remain unaffected.
10. Dispute resolution
The EU ODR platform was discontinued on 20 July 2025 under Regulation (EU) 2024/3228. An up-to-date directory of EU ADR bodies is available at:

The Seller does not participate in consumer arbitration proceedings under § 36 VSBG for Germany or Article 32(4) ZIsRPS for Slovenia. Buyers retain the right to bring proceedings before the competent court.
11. Final provisions
Governing law: Republic of Slovenia, excluding CISG. This choice does not deprive the consumer of mandatory protections of their country of residence under Rome I, Article 6. Jurisdiction: consumer's general place of jurisdiction. Severability: invalid provisions do not affect the remainder. Amendments: the Seller may amend these Terms for future contracts; the version in force at contract conclusion applies.
