Returns
We accept returns of sealed, unopened bottles within 14 days of receipt. Opened bottles cannot be returned for hygiene and food-safety reasons in accordance with Article 16(e) of Directive 2011/83/EU.
To start a return, use the online withdrawal form or contact us by email. You will receive a confirmation within 1 working day. The 14-day return window starts from the date you received your order, not from the order date.

Return costs are at the Buyer's expense. Send sealed, unopened bottles to: Fully d.o.o., Letališka cesta 30, 1000 Ljubljana, Slovenia.
Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal request, using the same payment method as your original purchase. We may withhold the refund until the goods have been received back or until evidence of return has been provided.
Damaged, missing, or incorrect orders
If your order arrives damaged, does not arrive, or contains the wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with your order number and photographs. We will arrange a replacement or refund without delay.
Pritožbe
For complaints regarding product quality or order processing, contact us with your order number and a description of the issue. We respond within 5 working days.
