THE STORY BEHIND THE SAUCE
The Dark Surprise: Choco Lime
This is the wildest member of my new pastry series. I wanted to see if I could combine deep chocolate flavors with a sharp citrus kick. It took a lot of tasting in my kitchen to get the balance right but the result is something truly unique that you will not find anywhere else.

A Natural Power Mix
I used a rich mix of banana, pear and premium cocoa to get that perfect velvet texture.
To give it a fresh finish I added lime puree. It is real food that just happens to taste like a gourmet dessert without any fake syrups.
The Mildest Kick
At a 2/10 heat level this is the mildest sauce in my whole collection. I intentionally kept the chili very low because too much heat can make chocolate taste bitter or even sour.
You will barely feel the spicy kick but it is just enough to make all the flavors come alive.

The Perfect Texture
I noticed that most dessert sauces are either too runny or too sticky. By using banana and pear I found a way to get that perfect smooth feel.
It is a trick I learned while experimenting for this series. Just remember to let the bottle reach room temperature for the best experience.
My Late Night Secret
I love drizzling this over a warm cookie when the house is quiet and I need a treat. It is my personal way to turn a simple snack into something special.
If you think your desserts deserve a darker and more complex partner then you have found your match.
