THE STORY BEHIND THE SAUCE
The White Dream: Coco Bella
This sauce is the final piece of the puzzle for my dessert series. I wanted to create a contrast to my darker sauces and offer something that feels like a tropical escape. It is about bringing that smooth white chocolate experience into the world of chili in a way that feels natural and exciting.

The Creamy Choice
Why coconut and white chocolate? Because I wanted a sauce that feels rich and light at the same time.
Most dessert toppings are just sugar and water but I used high quality coconut cream to make sure Coco Bella has a real body and a gourmet feel.
Heat That Enhances
In this blend the sweetness always leads the way. I kept the heat at a very mild 2/10 so the delicate notes of vanilla and cocoa butter stay in the spotlight.
The chili is there just to wake up your taste buds and make the coconut flavor pop without ever being too strong or overpowering.

Gluten and Lactose Free
I made this for those who want a rich and creamy texture but also care about what is inside. By using a premium coconut base I achieved a thick and milky feel without any dairy or gluten.
It is a clean and simple recipe that is easy to enjoy and fits perfectly into your lifestyle.
The Perfect Finish
When I put this on a dark brownie or a fruit salad the contrast is amazing. It does not just taste good it looks like a professional pastry chef made it.
I love how the tropical profile of the coconut plays with the subtle heat of the chili to create a flavor that lingers just long enough.
"I love adding a drop of this to my morning espresso. It gives the coffee a deep and rich flavor that is truly surprising and it is the best way to start my day."
